Rule Locking

Scoring rules are shown before a room opens and remain fixed for that scheduled contest. If a future round changes format, it appears as a separate Tournament card.

Tie Handling

Tie rules are displayed inside the room, usually using time reached, score order or qualifying activity. We list the rule before you enter so the ranking logic is clear.

Account Matching

Rewards from a completed Tournament are attached to the same account used for the qualifying play. This helps avoid confusion when you join several rooms in one session.

Result Review

When a score dispute is raised, we check the provider record, round reference and leaderboard snapshot. We respond with the relevant contest detail rather than a generic message.

Tie handling is written inside the room rules before you join. Depending on the format, rank order may use time reached, qualifying activity or another listed contest condition.

When a completed Tournament is reconciled, any account reward linked to your rank appears in your z77 account area. The closed room will show its result state after checks finish.
